Dear Mr. Costen:
It has been more than two weeks since I asked you, in writing, to respond to my
queries and concerns regarding your relationship with my sister, Mary Ann Marte.
In your first letter to me you indicated that your attorney's fees would be
approximately $1500.00 and you wanted me to sign a Renunciation. You further
indicated that if I wanted to be a co-administrator of my mother, Sophie Yasko's estate it
would necessitate my presence in Pennsylvania. I informed you in a subsequent letter
that I had contacted the Cumberland County Register of Wills and was informed there is
a procedure and oath that can be administered to a co-administrator from out of state.
I asked you, whom are you representing Mary Ann Marte and/or Larry Shoop? Why
are you indicating to me that my mother's estate will be debited to represent them? Your
attorney's fees are a personal expense of Mary Ann Marte and/or Larry Shoop. Not my
mother's estate and certainly not mine.
When my sister and I are granted co-Letters of Administration it is my intention to
waive the statutory administration fee payable to the administrators, if my sister will do
likewise.
I hereby ask you again to respond to my concerns and queries regarding this matter. If
I do not receive a complete response within two weeks of this request, I can only assume
that you, Mary Ann Marte and/or Larry Shoop are attempting to keep me uninformed
and/or misinformed and preventing me from being a co-administrator of Sophie Yasko's
estate.

If you continue to be non-responsive, I will file a formal complaint with the Ethics and
Discipline Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association to conduct an investigation
into your potential misappropriation of funds and unwarranted charges to the estate of,
my mother, Sophie Yasko.
Pending your response, I stand ready to expedite the disposition of my mother, Sophie
Yasko's estate with my sister as co-administrator.
