LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ARTHUR H. LAUGHLIN, a resident of the Borough of Newburg,
in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this
to be my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as may conveniently
be done after my decease.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, be it
real, personal or mixed, to my beloved wife, Mary E. Laughlin,
for her own proper use and behoof forever.
THIRD: In the event my wife, Mary E. Laughlin, predeceases
me or we should perish in a common disaster, then I direct that
my entire estate, be it real, personal or mixed, be converted
into cash and distributed evenly, share and share alike, to
my brother, Hughie Laughlin, my nephews, Lee Laughlin, Richard
Laughlin and Daniel Laughlin,and my niece, Janice Chamberlin
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife,
Mary E. Laughlin, to be the Executrix of this my Last will and
Testament. In the event my wife, Mary E. Laughlin, should be
unable to serve as Executrix for any reason whatsoever, then I
name, constitute and appoint my ~her, '~ugh~e Laughlin, and
my nephew, Lee Laughlin, to be the substitute Executors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal to
this my Last will and Testament, written on three sheets of
paper, dated this 25th day of February, 1977.
