AND TODD A. MURTOFF and KELLI D. MURTOFF,

of 319 Candlelight
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a two-story, single family home on that certain lot of
ground situate on 2184 Canterbury Drive, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 169 on the Final Re-Subdivision Plan
for Canterbury Estates, Phases IX and X, said plan being recorded
in Plan Book 83, Page 91. Being part of the same premises which
Francis C. McNaughton, Margaret M. McNaughton and Peter J.
Ressler, t/d/b/a Midpenn Estates; Joseph J. Chwastyk and
Charlotte P. Cramer, by Deed dated February 14, 1987 and recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book
32N, Page 593 and Deed Book 33Y, Page 828, granted and conveyed
unto The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AaREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
