STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

17050, hereinafter referred to as Contractor

RICEtARD B. DAVIS AND TERRI L. DAVIS, of 104 Margaret Drive,
Mechanicsburg, PA 170~0, hereinafter referred to as Owner.
WHEREAS, Contraeter has entered into an agreement with Owner to erect and
construct a building on that certain lot of ground situate as lot Nos. $2 and 54,
Phase III, North Ridge Subdivision, North Middletou Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania
NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH:
That the said Contractor, for and ia consideration of the sum of One ($I.00) Dollar
in hand paid to it by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the
further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for itself smd its
subcontractors, and ail parties acting through or under it or them, covenant and
agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shali be fried or maintained by it or any of
them against the said improvements and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for
or on account of any work done or materials furoished by it or any of them under
said contract or otherwise, for, towards, In or about the erected and construction of
the said improvements on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for
itself, its subcontractors and others under it hereby expressly waives and
relinquishes the right to have, f'de, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of the improvements, and agrees that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an Independent eovanant.
