ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~
day of February, 2008, following a hearing,
and finding that Dorcas J. Sheared is a totally incapacitated person in need of the
appointment of guardian of her person and estate, IT IS ORDERED:
(1) Lester L. Sheared is appointed plenary guardian of the estate of Dorcas
Sheared.
(2) Lester L. Sheared is appointed plenary guardian of the person of Dorcas J.
Sheared.
(3) The guardian will have all powers stated there under as are necessary to
manage Dorcas J. Sheared's person and financial affairs, and specifically guardian will
have the power to manage Dorcas J. Sheared's bank accounts and certificates of
deposit located at Americhoice Credit Union; the power to access Dorcas J. Sheared's
IRSs located at Members First Credit Union and at AXA, including the power to cash out
or withdraw any funds; and the power to manage any and all life insurances policies,
any and all securities, mutual fund accounts, certificates of deposits, including cashing
out or withdrawing any funds.
(4) The guardian will further have the power to transfer the real property located
at 2000 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011 (the residence) to himself a_~ the

(5) The guardian will further have the power to prepare, execute and file any tax
return with the Internal Revenue Services on behalf of Dorcas J. Sheared and to
request any information on behalf of Dorcas J. Sheared from the Internal Revenue
Service.
(6) Any Inventory shall be filed within ninety (90) days. A report by the guardian
shall be filed within 12 months and annually thereafter.
