Decedent, then 76 years of age, died February 1,2008, at 100 South Market Street, Shiremanstown, PA. Decedent did not marry, was not divorced and did not have a child born or adopted after execution of the Will offered for probate; was not the victim of a killing and was never adjudicated incompetent.
