1. That he is the attorney for Michael G. Shenk and Nancy S. Cantone, alk/a Nancy
Shenk, Executors of the Estate of Dorothy L. Shenk.
2. That on March 12,2008, written notice ofthe time of presentation of the Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution and the character thereof was given to all parties in interest as
shown on Exhibit A attached hereto at least twenty (20) days prior to the date fixed for the
confirmation of the Account in accordance with and as required by Section 3503 of the PEF
Code.
