STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Kevin R. Bartles, of Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Country Side Village Homes, Inc.
of 31 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of
a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of ground situated in Lower Frankford Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of public road S. R. 944, known as Enola
Road, which point is in the southwestern comer of land now or formerly of Edgar E. Hoover; thence
along a line on Enola Road, North 81 degrees 31 minutes 02 seconds West, a distance of 379.91 feet
to a point; thence along lands now or formerly ofKeith R. Bartles North 0 degrees 36 minutes 18
seconds East, a distance of 1,097.54 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along lands now or
formerly of Edgar D. Bartles Estate South 86 degrees 18 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of
158.48 feet to an iron pin; thence South 86 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 250.65
feet to an iron pin; thence along the existing fence line of land now or formerly of Edgar E. Hoover
South 01 degrees 38 minutes 13 seconds West, a distance of 242.14 feet; thence continuing South
02 degrees 24 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance of 886.79 feet to a point at the place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 10.072 acres and being designated as Lot No. 3-A of the Final
Subdivision Plan ofKeith R. Bartles which plan is recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of
Deeds Office in Plan Book 87, Page 62.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to easements, restrictions, reservations,
conditions and rights of way of record.

BEING THE SAME premises which Kevin R. Bartles and Lucinda K. Bartles, his
wife, by their deed dated October 30, 2003 and recorded October 31, 2003 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 260, Page 705,
~:anted and conveyed unto Kevin R. Bartles, a individual man, MORTGAGOR herein.
NOW, the day of January, 2004, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Kevin R.
Bartles, to the said Country Side Village Homes, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Country Side
Village Homes, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Country Side Village Homes,
Inc, paid by Kevin R. Bartles, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the fight to file such liens being expressly waived.
