To Whom It May Concern:
I am in receipt of the Inheritance Tax Non-Filer Delinquency
Notification dated March 7, 2008. In accordance with this Notice, the
Estate of Mark S. Rukas, by its Administratrix, Kim D. Rukas Neumyer,
filed suit against Sean Padelsky in the Court of Common Pleas for Dauphin
County at Docket No. 2007 -CV-134 71-CV on or about December 12, 2007.
In fact, this estate was opened for the purpose of filing the aforesaid
lawsuit. Accordingly, as this estate is likely to be an insolvent estate,
irrespective of any recovery which may be made. I, on behalf of the Estate
of Mark S. Rukas, am respectfully requesting that the Department
postpone any further action regarding the Estate pending completion of the
lawsuit.
I trust that this response will obviate the need for filing a return, as
to do so at this point would result in no tax payment or liability.
