Dear Ms. Burke:
This office is in receipt of your letter dated August 31, 2007, enclosing the First and Final
Account, regarding the above-captioned estate. I have reviewed the First and Final Account of the
Estate of Camilla R. Westcott and have no objections.
We are also in receipt of the Objections to Statement of Proposed Distribution which were filed
by the income beneficiary. Pleas.e note that we do not intend to take a position or have any active
involvement in the proceedings regarding those Objections. However, we would appreciate being
copied and served with correspondence and pleadings; and to the extent that the Account is modified,
or Supplemental Account or Statement of Additional Receipts and Disbursements is filed to account
for any additional fees incurred as a result of the Objections, please forward that to our Office for our
reVIew.
Please be advised that the above review was conducted pursuant to the parens patriae role of
the office and has no bearing on any matter unrelated to that function. Thank you for your time and
attention to this matter.
