IACONO COMPANY,
JAMES L.D. MoNRoE and DIAN~ F. MONROE, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred tO as Owner, whereby the former undertook
and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that
certain lot of ground situate in
Lot 15, High Meadow, Phase II, Plan Book 34, Page 74, Lower Allen
Township, Cumberland County
NOW THER~FORE, THIg A~EE~NTWITNEgSETH, That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of (81.00) Dollar
tO contractor in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
~round appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others undpr them hereby ~xpressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, f~le, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

ALL that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land situate on the
eastern side of High Meadow Lane in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and being more fully bound and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of High
Meadow Lane; thence along Lot 14's southern line S 86 degrees
35'50"E a distance of 297.00 feet to a point on the eastern line
of Lot 29; thence along said line S 03 degrees 24'10"W a distance
of 192.31 feet to a point at the northeast corner of Lot 16;
thence along said lot N 69 degrees 25'00"W a distance of 326.05
feet to a point on the easern right-of-way line of High Meadow
Lane; thence along said line by a line curving to the left and
having a radius of 325.00 feet, an arc length of 97.46 feet, and
a chord bearing of N 11 degrees 59'34"E a distance of 97.09 feet
to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.004 acres and being Lot 15 of High Meadow; Phase II
in Plan Book 34, Page 74.
BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which New Penn Motor Express, Inc.,
by deed to be recorded simultaneously herewith in the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office to grant and convey unto James
L.D. Monroe and Diane Fo Monroe.
