Dear Judge Rehkamp:
I recently developed a family commitment that takes me out oftown on March 7 which is
the date scheduled for oral argument in the 'above referenced matter. I am requesting that .argument
be rescheduled to a later time. Neither Attorney Yahn or Attorney Faller object to this request.
Enclosed is a proposed Order to reschedule the argument that is currently scheduled for
March 7. If you are inclined to do so, I would he happy to have my office initiate the contact with
all attorneys involved to coordinate a new time.
