IiE TT RIIFA, that I, ADRIAN R. SlII~IDCIPEIER, of 603 Park Hills Drive, Upper Allen Township, ~~.~
P~echanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and declare tlis as and for my Last Wi11 and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all Wills and Testaments and writings in the nature thereof by me at arty time heretofore made.
ICI 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise as
may be convenient.
ITEhI 2: All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate, whether it be real, personal or mixed, including property over which I have a power of appoint-
ment, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Rosemary D. Stonecipher, absolutely, provided she survives
me for a period of thirty (30) days.
I~`'I 3: Should my wife, Rosemary D. Stonecipher, predecease me, fail to survive me for a period
of thirty (30) days, or should we die simultaneously, I then give, devise and bequeath my entire residuary
estate as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath Rosetuary's diairu;nd `rrgagei~ient ring unr_o S>>san A. S;~n,li~h, who
is the Godchild of Rosemary, if she shall survive my death.
(b) I give and bequeath all other personal jewelry to Earlena Davies Sklut, if she shall
survive my death.
(c) I give and bequeath the antique dresser and ladderback chair in the pink bedroom to
Earlena Davies Sklut. In the event Earlena Davies Sklut should predecease me, these items shall go to
Imogene Shelton Bell, or her issue. (These two pieces are from the Anderson family and went to Illinois
in a covered wagon.)
(d) I give and bequeath all my crystal and cut glass in the hutch in the dining room and
~ all brass candle sticks to Earlena Davies Sklut. In the event Earlena Davies Sklut should predecease
me, the crystal and cut glass shall go to the person indicated in my or my wife's handwriting on the bottom
~ of each item, or her issue; and the brass candle sticks shal_L be sold and the proceeds shall go into the
I estate.
(e) I give and bequeath the set of Haveland dishes to Susan A. Sivulich, who is the Godchild
of Rosemary, if she shall survive my death.
(f) I give and bequeath the set of English Village china, from Salem, England, to Carol

L. Hutchinson, who is the Godchild of Rosemary, if she shall survive my death.
(g) I give and bequeath unto each-named Godchild one blue and white Wedgewood vase from
the living roan secretary, if either or both shall survive my death.
(h) l give and bequeath the Royal Dalton, "The Professor," on a living roan end table to
Lenore Cletcher Wessale of Tuscola, Illinois, wlw gave the piece to Rosemary. If Mrs. Wessale shall pre-
decease me, this ,item shall go to Earlena Davies Sklut, if she shall survive my death.
(i) I give and bequeath all books and periodicals to beat the disposal of Earlena Davies
Sk1ut, Genevieve Walsh and Willadene Storment for selection of arty items they may be interested in, inclu-
ding but not Limited to, family Bibles and high school and college annuals. All books and periodicals
they do not want shall go to the Mechanicsburg Public Library.
(j) I give and bequeath all personal letters, family photographs, etc., to be reviewed
by the previously-mentioned sisters in the event they want to claim them, othezwi.se, they are to be
destroyed or otherwise disposed of by my Executor.
(k) I give and bequeath all real property awned in Marion County, Illinois, to Florence
Geraldine Stonecipher, or her issue, per stirpes.
(1) I give and bequeath all my coins in the First Federal Savings and Loan Bank Safety
Deposit Bank on Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to Florence Geraldine Stonecipher, or her issue,
per stirpes.
(m) I give and bequeath one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars in cash to the Harrisburg Area
Humane Society or its successor.
(n) I give and bequeath the sterling silver flatware in the First Federal Savings and Loan
Bank Safety Deposit Box on Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, which may be taken "in kind" by Florence
Geraldine Stonecipher, or her issue, per stirpes, if she, or they, wish to claim it as a portion of her
or their share.
(o) I give, devise, and bequeath the sum of seventy-five thousand ($75,000.00) dollars
unto the CoreStates Hamilton Bank of Harrisburg, i.n trust, to take care of my dogs and cat. I direct
tnat my hereinafter-named Executor deliver immediately my pets to the Brandy Lane Kennel on Stump Town
Road, Mechanicsburg. Said trust fund shall be administered in such a fashion so that the income and prin-
cipal may be used by the trustee for the full and complete care of my dogs and cat and to be paid as often
as my veterinarian andJor master of the kennels deems necessary. It is my desire to provide a good home
for each of my dogs and cat and to allow them to have everything that they need within the realm of finan-

cial feasibility. In the event that the principal and/or interest of my trust is not consumed by the
time my last animals die, I then give, devise, aril bequeath the balance remaining in my trust unto those
persons as set forth in my residuary clause of this my Last Will arbd Testament.
(p) All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate, whether it be real, personal or mixed, including property over which I have a power of appoint-
ment, shall be sold by my F~ecutor, and after deduction of all expenses, taxes, arul fees, etc., shall
be divided between Florence Geraldine Stonecipher, or her issue, per stirpes, and Earlena Davies Sklut.
If Earlena Davies Sklut should predecease me, her share shall go to her husband, Harry Sklut. Should
both Earlena and Harry predecease me, the following disposition shall be made of their fifty (50%) percent
share:
(i) Ten (10%) percent of the fifty (50%) percent share shall go to the College of
St. Francis Library, Joliet, Illinois.
(ii) Ten (10'x) percent of the fifty (50'x) percent share shall go to the Tuscola,
Illinois Public Library in Tuscola, Illinois, in memory of Idamay and Earl G. Davies.
(iii) Ten (10'x) percent of the fifty (50%) percent share shall go to St. Elizabeth
Ann Seaton Church, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
(iv) The remaining seventy (70%) percent of the fifty (50%) percent share shall go
to Florence Geraldine Stonecipher, or her issue, per stirpes.
I~`'1 4: Burial instructions: My body shall be buried next to my wife in The Gates of Heaven
Cemetery, on Yoriz Road, Upper Allen Township, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Christian burial shall be
handled by Myers Funeral Home of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, under the direction of St. Elizabeth Ann
Seaton Church, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. There shall be no viewing. A
mediwn-priced casket and good vault are requested.
TT@i 5: I shall leave with my veterinarian andJor trust department all my wishes as it relates to
my animals and I ask the same shall be strictly adhered to.
I7~M 6: I direct my hereinafter-named ~ecutrix to pay all inheritance, estate, succession and legacy
taxes of whatsoever nature and kind, to which my estate or the transfer of any property passing hereunder
or otherwise passing by reason of my demise, and may be subject and to charge such taxes against my resi-
duary estate, it being my intention that none of the aforesaid taxes, either federal or state, or any
property required to be included in my gross estate, under the provisions of any state or federal law
now in force or hereafter enacted, shall be prorated among the persons interested in my estate to whom

such property is or may be transferred or to when arty benefit accrues.
TAI 7: I appoint my wife, Rosemary D. Stonecipher, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
Should my wife predecease me, fail to qualify, cease to act or renounce probate, I then appoint Jan M.
Wiley, Esquire, as alternate Executor of this my Last Wi11 and Testament. Should Attorney Wiley predecease
me, fail to qualify, cease to act or renounce probate, I then appoint CoreStates Hamilton Bank of
Harrisburg as second, alternate Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
I1II~I 8: I direct that my Executors, guardian, or their successors shall not be required to give '
bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
