MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are Joseph Sonich and Carol Sonich, P.O. Box 672, Carlisle, PA 17013.
A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 2300 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $652.75, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

($1.00) DOLLAR, lawful money of the United States of America, to the Grantors in hand
we# and truly paid by the Grantees, at or before the seating and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby aclcnowfedged and the Grantors being therewith
fully satis/ied, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantees
forever
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEING Lot No. 87 on the Plan of Creek View Heights, Section "D' as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 30, Page 67;
containing 39.33 feet along the North along Cumberland Drive; containing 55.52 feet
along the curve leading to Douglas Drive; containing 126.86 feet along the West along
Douglas Drive; containing 119.98 feet along the South along land now or formerly of
Hooke, Lebo & Hooke; and containing 122.54 feet a" the East along Lot No. 96 as
shown on said Plan and containing 13,444.39 square feet.
BEING the same premises which David J. Sonich and Joan P. Sonich, husband
and wife, of Nokesville, Virginia by their Deed dated July 6, 2004 and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 264, Page
302 granted and conveyed unto Joseph S. Sonich and Carol A. Sonich, husband and
wife, Grantors herein.
AND the Grantors hereby warrant specially the property herein conveyed.

THIS IS A CONVEYANCE FROM SON TO PARENTS AND IS, THEREFORE,
EXEMPT FROM PENNSYLVANIA REALTY TRANSFER TAX PURSUANT TO 72 P.S.
§ 8102-C.3.
