MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed is Randi-Bruce Thickey, 5 Clearview Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013.
A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 5 Clearview Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$658.40, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter as a result of Defendant(s) failure to pay for
said services.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

BEGINNG at a point on the East side of Clearview Avenue (33 feet wide) at line of lot
no. 16 on the plan of lots of Hill Top Manor, as recorded in the Cumberland County

the line of lot no. 16, now or formerly of Ralph R. Moran, North 67 degrees 30 minutes
East 150 feet to a point; thence by land of Arthur R. and Gladys E. Klinger, South 22
degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet to a point; thence by the same South 77 degrees 20
minutes East 24.69 feet to a point; thence by the line of lot no. 19 on said plan, now or
formerly of Lee R. Bear, et ux., South 12 degrees 30 minutes West 150 feet to a point at
the Northern line of Bellaire Avenue; thence by the Northern line of Bellaire Avenue
North 77 degrees 20 minutes West 61.0 feet to a point; thence by a curve to the right
having a radius of 80 feet, the arc distance of 76.56 feet to a point; thence by the Eastern
line of Clearview Avenue North 22 degrees 30 minutes West 136.31 feet to a point, the
Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots Nos. 17 and 18 on the plan of lots known as Hill Top Manor, duly recorded
in Plan Book 11, page 39.
HAVING thereon erected a split-level stone dwelling.

BEING the same premises which George P. Kelly, Jr., Executor of the Estate of George
P. Kelly, by Deed dated October 28, 2004 and recorded October 29, 2004 in the Office of
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 265
Page 4883, granted and conveyed unto Scott Hench, married man.
WIFE, LYNN HENCH JOINS IN THIS DEED TO TRANSFER ANY MARITAL
INTEREST SHE MAY HAVE IN THIS PROPERTY.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to rights of way and restrictions of record.
AND the said Grantor does hereby Warrant Specially the property hereby conveyed.
