North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gikoy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed is Diane Good, 1106 Karen Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

A description of the property against which this lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1106 Karen Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$327.81, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter as a result of Defendant(s) failure to pay for
said services.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

84, Box 208, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, party of the
first part,
and Grantor
DIANE C. REED, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
party of the second part,

ALL that certain tract of land situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described in accordance with a survey
by Larry V. Neidlinger, dated June 10, 1974, to wit:
BEGINNING at a spike on the South side of a 16 foot wide alley, which spike is 223
feet South of the center line of Pennsylvania Route 641; said spike also being at the corner
of Northeast lands now or formerly of John Kauffman, Jr., et ux; thence along the South
side of the 16 foot alley, South 87 degrees East 213.13 feet to a stake on the South side
of a 16 foot wide alley; thence along lands now or Yormerly of Ronald L. Jones, et ux, South
03 degrees West 81.97 feet to a stake on line of lands now or formerly of Pennsylvania
Power and Light Company; thence along lands now or formerly of Pennsylvania Power and
Light Company, South 85 degrees 30 minutes 32 seconds West 214.86 feet to a stake at
corner o[ lands now or formerly of John Kauffman, Jr.; thence along lands now or formerly
of John Kauffman, Jr., North 03 degrees East 110 feet to the spike, the point and Place
of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described tract of land has thereon erected a mobile home with mailing
address of 1106 Karen Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the following restrictions:
1. There shall be s 25 foot right-of-way line measured from the center of the 18
foot alley.
2. There shall be a 35 foot set back line measured from the southern edge of the
16 foot alley.
BEING the same tract of land which Eldon Myers and Cloyd Myers, Executors of
the Estate of Edna V. Myers, Deceased, by deed dated October 10, 1880, and recorded
October 10, 1880, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County
at Carlisie, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "D", Volume 29, Page 542, granted and conveyed
to James 3. Weller and Joyce A. Weller, husband and wife. The said doyce A. Weller having
died on May 15, 1881, title to the same remained vested by operation of law solely in hoe
vurvivtng spouse, James S. Weller, who romaine a widower, and who is the t3rantor herein.
