To the Honorable Glenda Farner Strasbaugh, Register of Wills of Cumberland
County:
Petitioner, Theresa Conklin, Executrix of the Estate of Helen Peckholdt,
respectfully sets forth the following:
1. The Petition for Adjudication and Statement of Proposed Distribution
Pursuant to Pa. D.C. Rule 6.9 for the above referenced Estate was filed in
this office on February 1, 2008.
2. Letters to all beneficiaries and creditors were to be sent at least 10 days
prior to the Confirmation of Account on March 4,2008.
3. It has been discovered that these letters did in fact go to the beneficiaries but
did not go to the creditors of the Estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner hereby requests that this Estate be re-listed and re-
advertised for Confirmation of Accounts for April 22, 2008 to allow for notification
to go to all creditors as required by Orphan Court Rules.
