Last Will and Testament

JANE S. MEYERS

I, JANE S. MEYERS, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by
me at any time made.
ITEM 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all common
stocks which I may own at the time of my death unto my sons, JACQUES D. MEYERS, JR.
and ROBERT W. MEYERS, in equal portions, share and share alike.
ITEM III: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
property and estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated,
which I may own at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband,
JACQUES D. MEYERS, ifhe survives me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM IV: In the event my husband shall not survive me
by thirty (30) days, I then give, devise and bequeath the real estate located 1204 Church Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to NICHOLAS D. MEYERS, VICTORIA MEYERS, TRENT
D. MEYERS, ROZAL Y AN MEYERS, and DRAKE MEYERS, in six equal undivided
shares, as joint tenants with right of survivorship.
ITEM VI: In the event that my husband shall not
survive me by thirty (30) days, I then give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property and estate unto my sons, JACQUES D. MEYERS, JR. and

ROBERT W. MEYERS, in equal portions, share and share alike, subject to the following
additional provisions:
A. I request and direct that the four United States Post
Offices which I own shall be treated by my sons as a single unit and not
be further divided between them. An account in their names should be
established for direct deposit of rents from the U.S. Postal Service. All
correspondence, lease information, etc. from the U.S. Postal Service,
Greensboro, N.C. Eastern Facilities Service Office, Box 27497
Greensboro, N.C. 27498-1103 (phone number 336-665-2800, fax
number 338-665-2865) shall be sent to my son, Robert W. Meyers, 32
Andersontown Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055;
B. Ownership of the farm property of approximately one
hundred (l00) acres, with an address of237 Texaco Road,
Mechanicsburg, P A, shall be subject to the following rights of the
current tenants, LLOYD and TERESA GOODYEAR and their four
children. The Goodyear family shall have the right to continue to
occupy approximately one (1) acre of the farm including the farm
house, summer kitchen, garage, corn crib, and other out buildings
except the barn for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of my
death at the rent of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) per month
plus all utilities including the night light on the barn. All expenses of
maintaining the house and the out buildings shall be borne by the
Goodyears. All insurance on the house, barn and out buildings shall be
paid by my heirs, except that contents insurance for the house shall be
the responsibility of the Goodyears. Any major repairs to the house
shall be paid by my heirs. The Goodyears shall also have the right of
access to the farm house over the access road from Texaco Road and/or

Konhaus Road. At the expiration of twenty (20) years from the date of
my death, provided that the Goodyears have continuously occupied 51

said premises and paid rent and done maintenance as aforesaid, they, or
such of them as may continue to be in occupancy on that date, shall
have the right to purchase this one (1) acre approximate tract, and the
improvements described above, at such price as may be determined by
a qualified real estate appraiser satisfactory to the Goodyears and my
heirs, and upon such other terms as shall be reasonable and customary
for the purchase of real estate in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at
that time. The rights granted herein are personal to the Goodyear
family as identified herein and may not be transferred to any other
person or entity.
ITEM VII:
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, JACQUES D. MEYERS, to be the Executor of my estate. In the event that my
husband shall not survive me, or shall otherwise fail to qualify as Executor, I then nominate,
constitute and appoint my sons, JACQUES D. MEYERS, JR. and ROBERT W. MEYERS
and my attorney, JAMES D. CAMPBELL, JR., to serve as co-Executors in his place and
stead. I direct that my attorney's compensation as Executor shall be limited to that which
would otherwise be payable for services as attorney.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, JANE S. MEYERS, the Testatrix, have to this
my Last Will and Testament, written on one side only of three (3) sheets of paper, set my

instrument, being first duly sworn and qualified according to law, do hereby acknowledge and
declare to the undersigned authority that the Testatrix signed and executed the instrument as
her last Will in the presence of the witnesses, that she signed willingly or willingly directed
another to sign for her, that she executed it as her free and voluntary act for the purposes
therein expressed, that each of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the Testatrix,
signed the Will as witnesses, and that to the best of their knowledge, the Testatrix was at that
time eighteen years of age or older, of sound mind and under no constraint or undue
influence.
