or after July 1, 1992, the personal representative or his
councel, within ten (10) days after giving proper notice to ~he
bene:iciaries and intestate heirs as required by subdivis:ion
(a) of Rule 5.7, shall file with the Register of wills or Clerk
of the Orphans' Court his/her Certification of Notice.
