Golden LivingCenter- West Shore having filed a claim in the amount of $6,506.18 under the
provisions of Section 732(b )(2) of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended; and having received
payment of the same in full settlement of this Claim on August 6, 2007; the Clerk of The
Orphans' Court is authorized and directed to enter satisfaction in full of said claim on the records
of The Orphans' Court.
