AND NOW, this 3rd day of April, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters of
Testamentary filed by Jane L. Majeske, dated and filed on April 3, 2008, for the estate of Marion R.
Lower, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioners shall post surety bond in the amount of
$1,200,000. IT IS ALSO DECREED that upon filing the Bond of Personal Representative,
Letters of Testamentary shall be granted to Jane L. Majeske.
