WHEREAS, BRADLEY J. KEICH, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith
a contract with STARLIPER FETSKO CUSTOM HOMES, LLC, for the erection of a
dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more fully described in accordance with a Plan prepared by Burget & Associates,
Inc., dated 4/20/06, last revised December 4, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 93, Page 147.
BEGINNING at an iron pin, being at the south eastern corner of the Creek View Road and
Grandon Way intersection; thence along the western right of way line of Grandon Way by the
following three (3) courses and distances: 1) by a line curving to the right having a radius of 35
feet, an arc length of 53.25 feet, a chord bearing of South 79 degrees 47 minutes 53 seconds East
and a chord length of 48.26 feet to an iron pin; 2) South 36 degrees 12 minutes 42 seconds East,
a distance of 65.40 feet to an iron pin; 3) by a line curving to the right having a radius of 738.83
feet, an arc length of 37.80 feet, a chord bearing of south 34 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds East
an a chord length of 37.80 feet to an iron pin being a corner in common with Lot No. 2 of the
later mentioned subdivision plan; thence along the said lands of Lot No. 2 South 56 degrees 50
minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 232.66 feet to an iron pin being on the line of lands now

or formerly of Hampden township; thence along the said lands of Hampden Township North 33
degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 143.64 feet to a concrete monument being on
the southern right of way line of Creek View Road; thence along the said southern right of way
line North 59 degrees 28 minutes 18 seconds East, a distance of 134.46 feet to a point; thence
along the same by a line curving to the left having a radius of 1175.92 feet, an arc length of
58.61 feet, a chord bearing of North 58 degrees 02 minutes 37 seconds East, and a chord length
of 58.61 feet to an iron pin and also being the Place of BEGINNING.
Now, ~r~ ~ ~S , 2008, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar
to contractor paid by owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or
land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
