SCHEDULE A CONTINUED
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of New Cumberland, County of Cumberland
and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Ardmore Circle 300 feet measured southwardly along Ardmore
Circle from the southeast corner of the eastedy intersection of Ardmore Circle and Drexel Hills Boulevard;
thence south 16 degrees 45 minutes 45 seconds east along the westerly line of Lot No. 9, Block G, on the
hereinafter mentioned Plan 155.78 feet to a point; thence north 85 degrees 31 minutes west along line of
lands now or formedy of Drexel Hills Land Company 125.18 feet to a point; thence north 04 degrees 29
minutes east along the easterly line of Lot No. 7, Block G, on the aforesaid Plan 135 feet to a point on the
southerly line of Ardmore Circle; thence south 85 degrees 31 minutes east along the last mentioned line
14.38 feet to a point; thence continuing eastwardly along the same by a curve to the left having a radius of
150 feet, 55.62 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 8, Block G, on the Plan of a portion of Section 2, Highland Park Hills and Drexel Hills, said
Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 8, Page 9.
Having thereon erected a one story brick and frame dwelling with attached carport, known as No. 10 Ardmore
Circle.
BEING the same premises which Shizuko Burnett, by her deed dated July 17, 1989, and recorded in the
Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County in Record Book B-34, page 331 granted and
conveyed unto Edward S. Brandt and Kathleen A. Brand, GRANTORS HEREIN.
