(See property description attached.) For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 330 Mooreland Avenue together with an additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 513.20, together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from July 15, 2003, the date of completion of the work. Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 330 Mooreland Avenue in Carlisle, PA on November 22, 2003. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVlll of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle. Edward L. TOGETHER with, the right to maintain an ouffall sewer pipe as now laid across the adjacent lot to Walnut Street, with the right to enter upon said adjacent lot to make any necessary repairs or replacement of said sewer pipe without damage to said adjacent lot. BEING the same premises which John S. Fecko and June E. Feoko, husband and wife, by Deed dated January 19, 1993, which Deed is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in deed Book 36-C, Page 268, granted and conveyed to James J. Fecko and Patricia L. Fecko, husband and wile. The said James J. Fecko departed this life on December 24, 2000, thereby vesting title in Patricia L. Fecko. AND the said Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that they will warrant specially the praperh/hereby conveyed.
