Notes:
. A claim has been filed through the Veterans Affairs for a widow's monthly payment. As of
this report date the claim has been approved by the Veterans Affairs and Ms. Dugan will
be receiving a lump sum retroactive payment in April and then a monthly payment
thereafter. .
. Our goal is to try to keep Mrs. Dugan living at the Bridges in the assisted care unit as long a
possible. She appears to be happy and very content there.
