DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, thiJih day of April, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters,
filed by Elyse E. Rogers, and the Designation of a Pennsylvania Resident to Serve as Co-Administrator
and Waiver of Bond filed, by Edward F. Howe, for the Estate David G. Howe, the above decedent,
IT IS DECREED that the Decree of the Register dated April 1, 2008, setting bond is hereby vacated.
It is FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration are hereby issued to Edward F.
Howe and Elyse E. Rogers, this date as co-administrators. Edward F. Howe and Elyse E. Rogers, shall
have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the
administration of this estate according to law.
