ANNUAL REPORT OF NELSON L. BEARD. GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE
AND PERSON OF SARAH J. MATTER
As of January 5, 2007
1. Nelson L. Beard (Guardian) is guardian of the
estate and person of Sarah J. Matter, an incapacitated
person. Guardian was appointed guardian by Order of the
Court dated January 5, 2007, which has not been modified.
2. Sarah J. Matter is 79 years old and currently
resides at Bethany Village, a long-term care skilled nursing
facility located at 5225 Wilson Lane, Mechanicsburg, PA
17055. Sarah J. Matter suffers from dementia and will
continue to receive social, medical, psychological and other
support services which she has been receiving at Bethany
Village since June 2005.
3. The following is the initial invenetory of the
principal of the Estate of Sarah J. Matter, as of January 5,
2007:

4. The present sources of income for Sarah J. Matter
are Social Security monthly payments, a Verizon pension,
income from an IRA, and income from savings accounts and
certificates of deposit.
5. The regular expenses of Sarah J. Matter are monthly
bills from Bethany Village Skilled Nursing and other medical
expenses, in excess of $8,000 per month.
6. Guardian does not anticipate any extraordinary
expenses on behalf of Sarah J. Matter in the next twelve
(12) months.
7. Sarah J. Matter's Social Security monthly payments
are directly deposited into a guardianship account.
8. Guardian has no extraordinary concerns for Sarah J.
Matter's physical or mental well-being or finances.
