RELEASE FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, BARBARA L. MARK, for
and in consideration of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00), to be
paid by the Estate of Sara I. Hoffsommer, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged as of the date of this instrument, paYffient of
which constitutes a partial distribution of my share as residuary
legatee under the Last Will and Testament of Sara I. Hoffsommer,
and to the extent of $30,000.00 do hereby remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto Ann E. Rhoads, her heirs, executors and
administrators, any and all manner of actions, causes of actions,
debts, dues, claims and grants, both at law and in equity, against
her in her capacity as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of
Sara I. Hoffsommer, deceased, and against the Estate of Sara I.
Hoffsommer, deceased, whether as a legatee under the Last Will and
Testament of the said Sara I. Hoffsommer, or in any other capacity
I have had, now have, or ought to have for or by reason or means of
any matter or thing from the beginning of the world to the day of
the date of these presents.
I hereby agree to refund to said Executrix, pro rata, any
