STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of A 2008, by
and between
HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected and
construct a single family dwelling situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot 77, Bradford Place, Clarendon Ct. Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for. an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Hoffman, who acknowledged himself to be the President of
Hoffman's Custom Contracting, Inc., a corporation, and that he as
such President being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing
instrument for the purposes therein contained by signing the name
of said corporation by himself as such President.

Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision Plan for Clarendon,
prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, mac., did Juno 10, 1998 oonsietin8 of 14 pages, a copy
of which was recorded in the here; ~named~ndon is incorporated herein by reference, as

BEGINNING at a point oa the western right-of--way line of 50 feet wide Bradford Place
at the dividing line between Lo est a distance of 176.2 feet to a point, thane continuing along
degrees 13 minutes 18 seconds W
-- said dividing line South 78 degrees l 5 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 256.13 feet; thence
along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 77 and 65 North 55 degrees 47 minutes OS seconds

77 North 34 degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 128.96 feet to a point; thence
continuing along said dividing line the following two courses and distances: North 73 degrees

place; thence by a curve to the right having a radius of 575.00 fart a chord bearing South 41

'THE ABOVE described lot of land is all of Lot No.77 as shown on said Subdivision for
Clarendon and contains an area of 1.44 acres {62,543.24 square feet), more or less.

PA 17013.
