G. Kanaanis died on January 29. 2008. Charles Thomas Kanganis and George Thomas Kanganis were named as
Alternate Co-Executors. Charles Thomas Kanganis has renounced his right to administer the Estate. nominating George
Thomas Kanganis as sole Executor to conclude this estate in a timelv manner.
