Signed title over on October 26, 2007 at PA Auto License.on the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA. Have not seen or been able to reach Ms. Wengrzyn since this date. Made many calls and left many messages for Ms. Wengrzyn and no response Sent certified letter stating that I was petitioning the court for repossession of title and had no response. Ms. Wengrzyn has never taken possession of said vehicle. This automobile is setting still in my driveway and I still have both sets of keys. I put a lien on the title until Ms. Wengrzyn was to make payments until the amount of $500.00 was paid in Full. No payments were ever made. I have the auto in my driveway .the keys and the original title with the lien on it. OPTION 3 - COURT ORDER - (NOTE: A sample court order is printed on the back) This option is used by a lienholder, who is not recorded on the Certificate of Title or who is not licensed by the Department of Banking, when the lienholder wishes to obtain ownership of the vehicle.
