WHEREAS, KERRY R. KRAUSE and ROBERTA A. KRAUSE, his wit®, ave exewted a
contract with NEIDLINC3ER FINE HOMES, INC., of ~ P ' ,Carlisle, PA 1701
for the erection of a residential dwelling upon a tract of land situate at 4360 Enoia Road,
Newviile, PA 17241, more particularly described in the deed of WILLIAM L. DITTMAR, et al.,
dated April 10, 2008, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of needs for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in ~~.U ~ ~- i ~ ~ ~} ~-
NOW, APRIL. 10, 2008, at the tim® of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has bean given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on said buNding, or to purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with the said Contractor and the further consideration of the sum Of
One and no/100 ($1.00} Dollar to Contractor paid by said Owners, it is agreed that no lien Shall
be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor or materials purchased or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expnsssiy
waived.
