following in support of the Petition for Letters of Administration, C.T.A., filed on behalf
of Julia Foley in the above referenced estate:

1. That he is the attorney retained by Julia Foley to represent the estate;
2. That Shannon Roseann Pevamik and Sean Kosier, the executors named in
the Last Will and Testament of Rose P. Kosier, renounced their right to
serve as personal representatives of the estate in favor of Julia Foley;
3. That the said Will, in Article Three, Section 2, gives the remainder of
decedent's estate to "the then-acting trustees of... The Kosier Living Trust
dated February 2,2005, and any amendments thereto:"
4. That said Trust is the sole beneficiary of the estate of Rose P. Kosier;
That the said Shannon Roseann Pevamik and Sean Kosier are the trustees
of said Trust designated in the relevant Trust Agreement as the Death
