surviving spouse is three (3) percent [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1.1) (i)).
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero
(0) percent [72 P.S. 99116 (a) (1.1) (ii)]. The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements
for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

dwelling house being known and numbered as 3911 Church Street, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania 17011. The property was acquired by Paul H. Schneider and Kathryn
G. Schneider, his wife, by Deed dated June 28,1965 and recorded June 29, 1965 in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "Q", Vol. 21, Page
340, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto and incorporatyed herein. The said
Paul H. Schneider died November 22, 2005, whereupon full and complete title
became vested solely in Kathryn G. Schneider, the Decedent herein. The
above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real
Estate dated November 16, 2002 (actually signed November 16,2007), a copy of
which is attached hereton and incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on
December 5, 2007. A copy of the Deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy
of the Settlement Statement, are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale
price of the real estate was $128,300.00.

AGREEMENT OF SALE FOR REAL ESTATE

2002, by and between SYLVIA J. FRYI Executrix of the Estate of
Kathryn G. Schneider a/k/a K. Grace Schneider, late of Hampden
Township I Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called
" SELLER" ,
AND
GLENN B. OCAMB, single individual, of 1358 Kiner Boulevard,
Carlislel Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 170151 hereinafter
called "PURCHASER".
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. PREMISES. The Seller agrees to selll grant and convey
to the Purchaser I and the Purchaser agrees to purchase and accept
the conveyance of the following described real estate situate in
Hampden Township, Cumberland CountYI Pennsylvania I described as
follows:
Being all that certain piece or parcel of real estate
having erected thereon a dwelling house being known and
numbered as 3911 Church Street, Camp Hilll
Pennsylvania I a copy of said Deed being attached
heretol marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.

2. PURCHASE PRICE. The Purchaser agrees to pay the sum of
$128/300.00 to the Seller, as the full purchase price and
consideration for the premises, payable as follows: $7,500.00 on
the signing of this Agreement, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, said dowTI payment to be held by JenniferB. Hipp,
Esquire, said account to be a non-interest bearing IOLTA account;
and $120,800.00 in cash unless otherwise herein provided at
settlement of this transaction as scheduled and provided
hereinbelow.
3. SETTLEMENT. Final settlement of this transaction shall
be made at the Law Office of James D. Bogar, One West Main Street
Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania, or any other mutually agreed upon
location, and shall be made on or before December 28, 2007, at
which time of settlement the Seller shall tender to the Purchaser
a properly drawn and executed deed of fiduciary warranty,
conveying to the Purchaser a good and marketable title in fee
simple, clear of all liens and encumbrances, except easements or
building and use restrictions visible on the ground or of prior
record, title to be such as will be insured by a reputable title
insurance company in the central Pennsylvania geographical area
without exception or reservation at regular rates.
Should Seller
be unable to deliver such title, Purchaser shall have the option
of either cancelling this Agreement of Sale for Real Estate and
receiving back any monies paid as a deposit or accepting such
title as Seller can give without offset, adjustment, or abatement
of the purchase price. Time is of the essence of this Agreement
of Sale for Real Estate.

4. TRANSFER TAXES ~~m APPORTIONMENT OF REAL ESTATE TP~ES,
RENTS AND EXPENSES ~~ SELLER'S ASSIST.
All realty transfer taxes shall be paid equally by the
Seller and Purchaser, with Purchaser paying one percent (1%) and
Seller paying one percent (1%). Current real estate taxes,
utility charges and any municipal service fees or rents will be
prorated at and to the date of settlement.
5. POSSESSION. Seller shall deliver possession of the said
premises to Purchaser at the time of final settlement.
6. CONDITION OF PROPERTY AND RISK OF LOSS. The Seller
agrees that the property shall remain in substantially its
present condition until date of settlement, and if it is not, the
Purchaser may rescind this contract. Seller shall bear the risk
of loss from fire or other casualty until time of settlement.
7. DEFAULT. Should Purchaser default in performing this
Agreement, any sum or sums paid on account of the purchase price,
by way of down-payment or otherwise, shall be retained by Seller,
as liquidated damages, whereupon this Agreement shall become null
and void.
Should Seller default in performing this Agreement,
Purchaser shall have the right of having this Agreement declared
null and void and, further, having any sum or sums paid on
account of the purchase price, by way of do~m-pay~ent or
otherwise, returned in full or Purchaser.

8. CONTINGENCIES. This Agreement of Sale for Real Estate
is not subject to or contingent upon the occurrence or
nonoccurrence of the any events.
9. SURVEY. If the Purchaser should determine the need for
a current survey of the premises, the cost and expense thereof
shall be borne exclusively by the Purchaser.
10. STATUS OF SEWER AND WATER. The property is served by
public sewer and public water.
11. MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS. Seller has no notice of
municipal improvements including, but not being limited to,
sidewalk and curbing.
12. ZONING OR DEED RESTRICTION. Seller warrants that the
present use of the property violates no existing zoning ordinance
or regulation or deed restrictions. Furthermore, Seller has no
notice of any proposed zoning change or change in use or
restrictions.
13. INSPECTION/WARR~TY. It is understood that Purchaser
has inspected the above-referred to property and is not relying
upon any representations made by Seller or by Seller's agent(s).
Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser agrees to purchase the above-
described property "as is", there being no warranties, either
expressed or implied, as to the condition of the property.
Furthermore, Purchaser expressly represents that Purchaser has
had ample opportunity to inspect the above-referred to property

and to investigate and have answered by third parties any
questions Purchaser has regarding the property and the present
condition of same and that Purchaser has not, in entering into
this Agreement of Sale for Real Estate, accepted or relied upon
any statements or representations made to Purchaser by Seller,
other than the statements set forth in the Seller's Property
Disclosure Statement. Purchaser acknowledges receiving a copy of
the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement. This provision shall
survive settlement.
14. PERSONALTY. The following specifically enumerated items
of personalty or personal property are included in the within
sale: 2 refrigerators (1 located in the kitchen and 1 located in
the basement), range (located in the kitchen), washer and dryer
(located in the basement) .

BROKERS AND AGENTS. The Estate was represented in

transaction by William G. Rowe. The Estate will assume
responsibility for payment of Mr. Rowe's fees relative to this
matter. Purchaser represents that he has dealt with no real
estate brokers or a~ents in connection with this sale, other than
William G. Rowe, and that no brokers or real estate agent's
commission is due to any person on account of this sale, other
than William G. Rowe. Purchaser shall indemnify and hold
harmless Seller from the claim or demand of any broker or agent

for any commission which any such broker or agent may claim to be
due him or her as a result of this sale.
For the performance of this Agreement and intending to be
legally bound hereby, the parties bind themselves, their heirs,
personal representatives, successors and assigns, as witness
their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

0781} Letters Testamentary being issued on August 20, 2007,
provided, in pertinent part, as follows:
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and

HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one story brick ranch type dwelling

BEING Lot No. 12, Block "TH, on Plan kno~~ as Oakwood Park which
Plan is recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in
Plan Book 2, Page 59.
BEING the same premises which Sheldon G. Jenkins and Betty Jane
Jenkins, husband and wife, by deed dated June 28, 1965 and
recorded June 29, 1965 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed Book "Q", Vol. 21, Page 340, granted and conveyed
unto Paul H. Schneider and Kathryn G. Schneider, his wife. The
said Paul H. Schneider died on November 22, 2005, whereupon rull
and complete title to the within described property became vested
solely in Kathryn G. Schneider, the decedent herein. The said
Kathryn G. Scrilleider died August 4, 2007.
TOGETHER with all and singular 'the rights, liberties, privileges,
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right,
title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said Kathryn G. Schneider at and immediately before the time of
her decease, in law or equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to
or out of the same:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said granted premises to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
AND the said party of the first part, does covenant, promise,
grant and agree, to and with the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns, by these presents, that the said party of
the first part, has not done, committed, or knowingly or
willingly suffered to be done, any act, matter or thing what-
soever, whereby the premises aforesaid, or any part thereof, is,

estate, or otherwise howsoever.

THIS AGREEMENT. made this l~sih day of September, 1999, between PAUL H.
SCHNEIDER and KATHRYN GRACE SCHNEIDER of Camp Hill, Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter sometimes referred to in the singular
masculine gender as the "Settlor'), and HARR~S SAVINGS BANK, of Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and having offices in Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as the "Trustee").
WITNESSETH:
ARTICLE I
Deser-Iotion of Prooerty Transferred. The Settlor has paid over, assigned,
granted, conveyed, transferred and delivered, and by this Agreement does hereby pay
over, assign, grant, convey, transfer and deliver unto the Trustee the property de-
scribed in Schedule Al armexed hereto and made a part hereof, This piOperty. arid any
other property that may be received or 'which has been received by the Tn.!stee
hereunder, as invested and reinvested (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trust Estate"),
shall be held, administered and distributed by the Trustee as hereinafter set forth.
ARTICLE n
Settlor's Rights to Amend. Chanae or Revoke the Trust Aareement. The
Settlor may, by signed instrument(s) delivered to the Trustee during the Settfor's
lifetime: (1) withdraw property from this Trust in any amount and at any time upon
giving reason~ble notice in writing to the Trustee; (2) add other property to the Trust;
(3) cheinge the beneficiaries, their respective shares and the plan of distribution; (4)
amend this Trust Agreement in any other respect; (5) revoke this Trust in its entirety or
any provision therein; provided, however, the duties or responsibilities of the Trustee
shall not be enlarged without the Trustee's consent nor without satisfactory adjustment
of the Trustee's compensation.

ARTICLE III
Provisions for Settlor During Ufetime. The Trustee shall hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the Trust Estate (if any requires such management and investment)
and shall coHect the income, jf any, therefrom and shaH dispose of the net income and
principal as follows:
A During the lifetime of the Settlor, the Trustee shall pay to or apply for the
benefit of the Settlor all the net income from this Trust.
B. During the lifetime of the Settlor, the Trustee may pay to or apply for the
benefit of the Settlor such sums from the principal of this Trust as in its sofe discretion
shall be necessary or advisable from time to time far the medical care, comfortable
maintenance, and support, welfare and benefit of the Settlor, taking into consideration
to the extent the Trustee deems advisable, any other income or resources or the Settlor
known to the Trustee.
C. During the lifetime of the Settlor, the Trustee shaff pay as much, even if

::lll, of the net income and principal as the Settlor, or either of Settter, may from time to
time direct in writing shall be paid to either of Settlor or as either of Settlor may specify.
If Settlor, or either of Settlor) notifies Trustee in writing, Settlof, or either of Settlor, may
direct and control the sale, purchase, management or retention of any investment of the
Trust Estate, in which event the Trustee shall not be subject to liability for acting in
accordance with those directions.
D. Further, in addition to the provisions in subparagraph B. above, if both of
Settlor are, in the Trustee's opinion, disabled by Hlness or other cause ~nd unable to
manage funds properly, as much or the net income and principal as the Trustee may
from time to time think is desirab~e for either or both or Settlors welfare, comfort,

Settlor, theretofore had controlled. The Trustee shall have no duty to exercise its
powers under this subparagraph unless it is notified in writing by a family member of
Settlor or by a physician of Settlor that he or she believes both of the Settlor are
disabled.

Discretionary Provisions for Trustee to Deal with Settlor's Estate and Make
Payment of Debts and Taxes, After the death of either Settlor, the Trustee, if in its
discretion it deems it advisable, may pay all or any part of the said Settlor's funeral
expenses, legally enforceable claims against the Settlor or the Settlors estate, reason-
able expenses of administration of the Settlor's estate, any allowances by court order to
those dependent upon the Settlor, any estate, inheritance, succession, death or similar
taxes payable by reason of the Settlor's death, together with any interest thereon or
other additions thereto, without reimbursement from the Settlor's executor or adminis-
trator, or from any other person. AI! such payments, except of interest, shaH be
charged generally against the principal of the Trust Est~te includable in the said
Settlor's estate for federal estate tax purposes and any interest so paid shaH be
charged generaHy against the income thereof. The Trustee may make such payments
directly or may pay over the amounts thereof to the executor or administrator of the
said SeWar's estate. Written statements by the executor or administrator of such sums
due and payable by the said estate shall be suffiCient evidence of their amount and
propriety for the protection of the Trustee and the Trustee shall be under no duty to see
to the application of any such payments.
ARTICLE V
Provisions Uoon DeathQf Settlor. Upon th~ d~ath af the survivor or the

A. Following the payment of the final expenses and death taxes of tile

Paul Eugene Schneider, all the net income from this Trust, in periodic payments,
preferably monthly. In addition, the Trustee may payor apply for the benefit of Settlor's
son, Paul Eugene Schneider, such sums from the principal of this Trust as in its sole
discretion shall be necessary or advisable from time to time for the medical care,
comfortable maintenance and support, welfare and benefit of said son, taking into
consideration to the extent the Trustee deems advisable, any other income or re-
sources of the said son known to the Trustee.
B. Upon the death of Settlor's son, Paul Eugene Schneider, or in the event
he predeceases the survivor of the Settlor, the principal and all remaining income shall
be paid to the general fund of St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral, 221 North Front
Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, unrestricted as to use.
ARTICLE VI
Trustee Powers. In addition to the powers hereinbefore provided and those
given by law, the Trustee, and any additional or successor Trustee, without any order
of court and in Its sole discretion, may:
A Hold and retain the property now or hereafter comprising a part of the
Trust Estate, for such length of time as in its sole discretion it may deem wise, or sail
any part thereof, without liability of any kind by reason of such retention or sale and

D. Purchase investments at a premium;
E. Vote in person, or by proxy, all stocks or other securities held;
F. Exercise any rights or warrants to subscribe for stocks or bonds or other
aliotments received by reason of securities held, or seri ihem for such prices as it may
deem best;
G. Deposit, surrender or exchange stocks or pay any assessments in
connection with any reorganization or merger or similar proceedings as it may deem
best;
H. Sell any feal or personal property at public or private sale to any person
or entity, or give options therefor for cash or credit.. without liability on the part of the
purchaser to see to the application of the purchase money; provided, however, that no
sale hereunder shaH be made at a price less than that which the Trustee acting in good
faith shall consider to represent adequate and full consideration;
r. Borrow money from any source, including the Trustee, mortgage or
pledge any property and purchase assets from the Settlor's estate at fair market value
and Joan money to any person or entity or to said estate; provided, however, th~t
appropriate interest and collateral shall be required for such loans;
J. After the death of the SeWor, to merge any trust created hereunder with
any other trust or trusts created by the Settlor under w[1l or trust, if the terms of such
trusts al"~ then SUbstantially similar and held for the primary benefit of the same person;
K. Compromise claims;
L. Register securities in the name of a nominee in such manner that title
shall pass by delivery;
M. Employ attorneys, investment counsel, accountants and agents in
connection with the discharge of its duties, and determine and pay to .them reasonable
compensation;
N. Pool the assets of all trusts created hereunder or any of them for invest~
ment purposes) efloeating to each trust ~n undivided interest in all of the assets so

O. Add to the principa.l of any trust created hereunder any property received
from any person by Deed, Will or in any other manner;
P. In the exercise of its discretion with respect to the use of principal for any
beneficiary, the Trustee may take into account other property and income available to
such beneficiary; in so doing, the Trustee may conclusively rely on written represen-
tations made to it by such beneficiary, and the judgment of the Trustee as to the
amount of principal so used and the extent to which other resources are considered
shall be conclusive as to all parties in interest;
Q. Exercise all power, authority and discretion given by this Trust Agreement
after termination of any trust created herein until the same is furry distributed;
R. Accept property or not, in the Trustee's sole discretion, by bequest or
Hfetime transfer from any person, estate or trust, subject to the payment of, or liability
for, state and/or federal gift, estate, transfer, succession, inheritance or other death
taxes, including any interest or penalties thereon, and sign any required consent or
aoknowledgment of liability for such taxes and/or lien against such property.

Trustee Removal. Resial1a.tion. Succession and Rer~ted Ma;tters. The
Trustee shall be subject to the foHowing:
A. Trustee Removal. The Settlor may. at any time and from time to time
during the Settlor's Hfetime, change the situs or the Trust and/or remove the Trustee.
B. Trustee Res;onation. MY Trustee acting hereunder may resign at any
time without court approval, to become effectIve upon delivery to the Settlor of a written
instrument signed by the resigning Trustee.
C. Trustee Succession. If Harris Savings Bank shall be unable or unwilling
to serve as the Trustee, the successor Trustee shall be a bank or trust company ha.ving
trust powers qualified to do business in the state or Settlor's domicile, which successor
Trustee shr::11! be designated in a writt~n instrument filed with the court having

jurisdiction over this Trust and signed by the Settlor or if the Settlor fails to act signed
by the court having jurisdiction over this Trust.
D. Trustee Fees. For its services as Trustee the corporate Trustee shall be
entitled to receive reasonable compensation in accordance with its fee schedule in
effect from time to time during the period when its services are performed and reim-
bursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred.
E. Bond. The Trustee shall serve without bond in any jurisdiction in which
called upon to act.
F. Definition. Whenever the word the 'Trustee" or any modifying or substi-
tuted pronoun therefor is used in this Trust, such words and respective pronouns shall
include both the singular and the plural, the masculine, feminine and neuter gender
thereof, emd shall apply equally to the Trustee named herein and to any successor or
substitute Trustee acting hereunder, and such successor or substitute Trustee shall
have all the rights, powers and duties, authority and responsibility conferred upon the
Trustee originally named herein.
ARTICLE Viii
Simultaneous Death provision PresuminQ' Beneficiary Predeceases Settlor.
If the individual beneficiary, Paul Eugene Schneider, and the survivor of the Settlor
should die under such circumstances as would make it doubtful whether the said
beneficiary or the survivor of the Settlor died first. then it shall be conclusively pre-
sumed for the purposes of this Trust that the said beneficiary predeceased the survivor
of the Settlor.
ART!CLE rx.
Governing Law and Situs. The original situs of this Trust shall be Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and questions pertaining to the validity, construction and
administration of any trust hereunder shall b@ determined in accordance with the laws

of the Commonwealth of P~nnsy[vanja! unless the situs of this Trust shaH be changed,

as described above, in which case the law of such new situs may be applied by
designation in the instrument changing the situs of the Trust.
ARTiCLE X
Spendthrift Provision. Except as otherwise provided herein, aU payments of
principal and income payable, or to become payable, to the beneficiary of any trust
created hereunder shall not be subject to anticipation, assignment, pledge, sale or
transfer in any manner, nor shall any beneficiary have the power to antIcipate or
encumber such interest, nor shall such interest, while in the possession of the Trustee,
be liable for, or subject to, the debts, contracts, obligations, liabilities or torts of any
beneficiary.

WHEREAS, ARTICLE II, of said Trust Agreement provides that
the ~rust shall be revocable at the will of , the Settlors; and
WHEREAS, Settlors desires to amend said Trust Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and
agreements contained herein, it is agreed by and between the
parties hereto as follows:
I. ARTICLE V (8) Upon the death of Paul Eugene Schneider,
or in the even he predeceases the survivor of the
Settlor, the principal and all remaining income shall
be paid as follows:
(1) Twenty-five (25%) percent thereof to our
niece, Sylvia J. Fry, provided that should she
predecease me, then to her issue per stirpes by
representation.
(2) Seventy-five (75%) percent thereof to the
general fund of St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral,
221 North Front Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, unrestricted as to use.
II. The parties hereto hereby affirm and ratify the
said Trust Agreement executed September 15, 1999, in all respects
except as provided herein.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KATHRYN G. SCHNEIDER
I, KATHRYN G. SCHNEIDER, of Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, unto my husband,
PAUL H. SCHNEIDER, provided he survives me by sixty (60) days.
SECOND: Should my husband, PAUL H. SCHNEIDER, prede-
cease me or die on or before the sixty-first (61st) day following
my death, I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, includ-
ing any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, to my son, PAUL E.
SCHNEIDER.
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
.
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition! subdivide! or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition! subdivi-
sion/ improvement/ zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(e) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property! including
stocks! common trust funds and mortgage investment funds! without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries/ as are deemed proper! without regard to any principle of
diversification/ risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option/ right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege glven by the
Federal and other tax laws! including/ but not necessarily being
limited to! personal income! gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.
(8) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts! taxes/ or estate or trust administration expenses!
to protect or improve any property held under my will! and for
investment purposes.
(I) To select a mode of paYment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan! profit sharing plan! employee
stock ownership plan! or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so! and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan! in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
FOURTH: I direct that all inheritance! estate!
transfer! succession and death taxes! of any kind whatsoever/
which may be payable by reason of my death! whether or not with

respect to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of
the principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint my niece, SYLVIA J. FRY,
Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said SYLVIA J. FRY, I nominate and appoint
JENNIFER B. HIPP, Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament.
I direct that my Executrix or Executrices, as the case may be,
and their successors, shall not be required to post security or a
bond for the performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
