Real Estate
Real Estate - All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having etected
thereon a dwelling house being known and numbered as 3911 Church Street,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. The property was acquired by Paul H.
Schneider and Kathryn G. Schneider, his wife, by Deed dated June 28, 1965
and recorded June 29,1965 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed Book "Q", Vol. 21, Page 340, a copy of said Deed being attached
hereto and ineorporatyed herein. The said Paul H. Schneider died November
22, 2005, whereupon full and complete title became vested solely in Kathryn G.
Schneider, the Decedent herein. The above-described real estate was sold
pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated November 16, 2002
(actually signed November 16,2007), a copy of which is attached hereton and
incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on December 5,2007. A copy
of the Deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of the Settlement
Statement, are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the
real estate was $128,300.00.
