PETITION TO WITHDRAW FROM POSITION OF ADMINISTRATOR
1. Petitioner is Sally J. Winder, to whom Letters of Administration were granted
in the above-captioned estate by the Register of Wils on November 2, 2007.
2. Petitioner, on April 4, 2008, filed with the Register of Wills a document
entitled Objections to and Appeal From Probate, by means of which she seeks to have
herself removed from the position of Administrator and to have either the Register of
Wills or the Orphans Court name another interested individual to become personal
representative of this estate and to have appropriate Letter granted to said individual. A
copy of the previously filed Objections to and Appeal From Probate is attached to this
Petition and marked Exhibit "A"..
3. The names and addresses of all of the beneficiaries, and of such other persons
as may be interested in the administration of this estate are as follows:

4. For reasons stated in her previously filed Objections to and Appeal From
Probate, Petitioner believes that a more effective and less acrimonious estate
administration will be obtained if she is allowed to withdraw from the position of
Administrator and if the Register of Wills or Orphans Court appoints another qualified
individual as personal representative of this estate
WHEREFORE., petitioner Sally J. Winder prays that her Petition to withdraw
from the position of Administrator be granted, and for the issuance of a citation to the
beneficiaries and other interested individuals listed in the Petition in the form of a Rule to

Show Cause why Petitioner should not be allowed to withdraw from the position of
Administrator and have the Register of Wills or the Orphans Court appoint another
qualified individual as personal representative to continue and complete the
administration of; this estate.

OBJECTIONS TO AND APPEAL FROM PROBATE
Comes now, Sally J. Winder ("Objector"), and does object to and appeal from the
appointment of Objector as Administrator of the Estate of Dorothy A. Jumper for the
following reasons.
I. Objector filed a Petition for Grant of Letters of Administration with the Register
of Wills on or about November 2,2007, and Letters were granted to Objector on
November 2,2007.
2. Prior to filing of the Petition for Letters, Objector met with all persons interested
in the Estate, who agreed that they should renounce in favor of Objector and that a
document dated January 3, 2007 should not be probated as the Last Will and Testament
of Dorothy A. Jumper.
3. Objector has proceeded with various duties as Administrator of the Estate.
4. It has been told to Objector by various parties and heirs that they no longer agree
that Objector is the proper person to administer the Estate, that they wish to have the
January 3, 2007 document filed for probate and that the persons named as executor or
alternate executor choose to be appointed to administer the estate.
5. There have been conflicting statements made concerning the interests and
intentions of the heirs and persons named in the January 3,2007, document and Objector

can no longer determine the truth or veracity of statements and representations previously
made to Objector.
6. Based upon these representations Objector files these objections and appeal from
probate requesting an Order be entered removing Objector as Administrator of the estate.
7. Objector is not a person entitled to qualifY as administrator by reason of
relationship to, or being a creditor of, the decedent, under the terms of20 Pa.C.S. S 3155.
8. Objector believes and therefore avers that persons named in the document dated
January 3, 2007, desire to be appointed to administer the estate and Objector requests that
these persons be given such an opportunity.
WHRERFORE, Objector requests that the Register of Wills, or the Court, enter an Order
removing her as administrator of the Estate of Dorothy A. Jumper.
