Mortgaae I Note Receivable
Judith B. Leslie Mortgage - Mortgage given by Judith B. Leslie, Mortgagor, to
Robert S. Bogar and Dorothy F. Bogar, husband and wife, Mortgagees, said
mortgage being dated March 13,1998 and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Mortgage Book 1437, Page 1092. The mortgage
covers property being known and numbered as 810 Allenview Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
said property being acquired by Deed dated March 13, 1998 and recorded in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 173, Page 671.
An amortization schedule reflecting the payment dates and rate of interest was
prepared.

Robert S. Bogar died March 7, 1999, whereupon Dorothy F. Bogar, the
Decedent herein, became the sole Mortgagee. As of the date of the Decedent's
death, the outstanding principal and interest balance under said mortgage was
$57,164.43.
Copies of the Mortgage, Deed, Mortgage Payment (Amortization) schedule, and
verification as to the date of death balance of the mortgage, including
outstanding principal and interest, are attached hereto.
