Dear Ms. Farner Strasbaugh,

Recently my mother Diane Dupre passed away and we inherited a 50% portion of land
that she held with her sister Joan Labashouskus. This letter is to inform you that my
sister and I as the only legal heirs of Diane Dupre have disclaimed this part of our
inheritance. We would like you to file this with her will that is on file.
We would like to disclaim the property deeded as four lots of ground situated in
Klughton, an addition to the boroL\gh of Highspire, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and
referring to the plot of said addition recorded in the Recorder's Office at Harrisburg,
Penna, in Plan book C, Page 17, and more particularly described as follows:
Being lots numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5 and fronting on the south side of Klugh Street,
each lot being 25 feet in width and extending back the same width in depth to
Whiteside Avenue 120 feet in width between Nora Avenue and Lot No.6 of said
Plan.
We have also disclaimed this inheritance for our children and their children
and all successive generations of our families.
