DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 22nd day of April, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and Grant
of Letters filed by Richard 1. Gobin and Joy G. Burkholder, for the above decedent and the instrument
offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament of Martha L. Gobin, dated November 13, 1990, IT
IS DECREED that The Last Will and Testament is admitted as originally written. Any alleged
modification or adjustments to the instrument are not accepted into probate. IT IS FURTHER
DECREED that Letters Testamentary be granted to Richard 1. Gobin and Joy G. Burkholder upon
presentation of proof of identity for Joy G. Hooke n1k/a Joy G. Burkholder. Richard 1. Gobin and Joy G.
Burkholder shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
