STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 17th day of March, 2008, by and between Hollow Construction
of 1011 Deer Road, Fawn Grove, PA 17321 (hereinafter called "CONTRACTOR") and Joseph D.
Tonkin Jr. and Patricia Ann Tonkin of 602 Winhill Way, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904, (hereinafter
called "OWNER");
WHEREBY, Contractor has agreed to complete construction of Building a log home providing
that all materials and labor for Owner upon the following lot or tract of land of Owner:
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that it is hereby covenanted and agreed by and
between the parties hereto that Contractor shall not file, nor will Contractor permit nor suffer any
subcontractor, materialman, mechanic, or other person or persons under or employed by Contractor, to
file, nor shall any subcontractor, materialman, or any other person or persons file any mechanics or other
lien or liens, claim or claims, for work done and materials furnished, or either of them in or under the
performance of said agreement between the parties for the construction of the said improvements, against
the ground or premises upon which Contractor is about to construct said improvements or against any
structure or property whatsoever covered by said agreement between the parties hereto.
AND contractor hereby certifies, covenants and agrees that no materials have been furnished, nor
any labor performed, nor any building operations started, under said agreement between the parties
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents have been executed under seal the day and year first
written above.
