MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are Tammac Holdings Corp., 100 Commerce Boulevard, Suite 200, Wilkes-Barre,
PA 18702.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 20 Northview Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.
The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $355.42, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

hereby acknowledged, the said Grantors do hereby grant and convey to the said Grantee, its successors
and assigns,
ALL 'CHAT CERTAIN lot, parcel or tract of land located in the Township of North Middleton, County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described and located as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of C'rane's Gap Road (L.R. 21031),
at the corner of land now or late Judy S. Britten (Lot No. 9, Plan Book 53, Page 22), thence from said
point of Beginning, by the western dedicated right-of=way line of Crane's Gap Road the following three
(3) courses: 1) South forty-two degrees forty-five minutes forty seconds East (S 42° 45'40" E), a
distance of forty-five and thirty-two hundredth feet (45.32') to a point; 2) by a curve to the left, having a
radius of two thousand four hundred seventy-nine and sixty-six hundredth feet (R = 2,479.66'), an arc
distance of one hundred ninety-four and fifty-one hundredth feet (A/L = 194.51') to a point; and 3)
South forty-seven degrees fifteen minutes twenty seconds East (S 47° 15' 20" E) , a distance of
ninety-three and sixty-five hundredth feet (93.651) to a point at the line of land now or late of David L.
and Gaye L. Klose; thence by land now or late of David L. and Gaye L. Klose (Lot No. 8, Plan Book 53,
Page 22) the following five (5) courses: 1) South forty-two degrees forty-four minutes forty seconds
West (S 42° 44'40" W), a distance of seventy-five and thirty-eight hundredth feet (75.38') to a point; 2)
South fifty-eight degrees forty minutes twenty-two seconds West (S 58° 40' 22" W), a distance of ten
feet (10.00') to a point; 3) South forty-seven degrees fifteen minutes twenty seconds East (S 47° 15' 20"
F), a distance of one hundred thirty-five feet (135.00') to a point; -4) North forty-two degrees forty-four
minutes forty seconds East (N 42° 44'40" E), a distance of forty-five feet (45.00') to a point; and 5) by a
curve to the left , having a radius of forty feet (R = 40.00'), an arc distance of sixty-two and eighty-three
hundredth feet (A/L = 62.83') to a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of Crane's Gap Road;

seventy-three hundredth feet (A/L = 9.73') to a point; thence by land now or late of Clarence and Lana
E. Thumma (Lot No. 7, Plan Book 53, Page 22) the following three (3) courses: 1) by a curve to the left,
having a radius of forty feet (R = 40.00'), an arc distance of sixty-one and seventy-nine hundredth feet
(A/L =: 61.79') to a point; 2) South forty-two degrees forty-four minutes forty seconds West (S 42° 44'
40" W), a distance of fifty-four and eighty-one hundredth feet (54.81') to a point; and 3) by a curve to
the right, having a radius of three hundred seventy-five feet (R = 375.00'), an arc distance of
twenty-eight and seventy-five hundredth feet (A/L = 28.75') to a point; thence by the same and by land
now or late of Nathan P. Jones (Lot No. 6, Plan Book 53, Page 22), and by land now or late of Judy S.

seconds West (N 89° 38'55" W), a distance of nine hundred ninety and sixty hundredth feet (990.60') to
a point; thence by land now or late of Eugene R. Stoner (Lot No. 3, Plan Book 25, Page 75) the
following two (2) courses: 1) South eighty-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes fifty-five seconds West (S
89° 29' 55" W), a distance of four hundred eleven and fifty-four hundredth feet (411.54') to a point; and
2) North eighty-six degrees six minutes twelve seconds West (N 86° 06' 12" W), a distance of one
hundred forty-seven and sixty-two hundredth feet (147.62') to a point; thence by land now or late of the
Township of North Middleton North fifteen degrees thirty-eight minutes nineteen seconds West (N 15°

hundred fifty-one and thirty-two hundredth feet (151.32') to a point; 2) South fifty-one degrees
forty-four minutes fifty-three seconds East (S 51 ° 44' 53" E), a distance of sixty-five and twenty-seven
hundredth feet (65.27') to a point; 3) by a curve to the right, having a radius of two hundred feet
(R = 200.00'), an arc distance of twenty feet (A/L =20.00') to a point; 4) North fifty-one degrees
forty-fbur minutes fifty-three seconds West (N 51° 44' 53" W), a distance of sixty-five and twenty-five

now or late of Malcolm H. and Mary P. Estes (Lot No. 10-A, Plan Book 58, Page 54) the following two
(2) courses: 1) South thirty-seven degrees fifty-two minutes eighteen seconds East (S 37° 52' 18" E), a
distance of seventy and fourteen hundredth feet (70.14') to a point; and 2) South fifty-six degrees thirty
minutes fifty-four seconds East (S 56° 30'54" E), a distance of fifty-six and fifty-eight hundredth feet
(56.58') to a point; thence by land now or late of Judy S. Britten (Lot No. 9, Plan Book 53, Page 22) the
following two (2) courses: 1) South thirty-seven degrees fifty-two minutes eighteen seconds East (S 37°
52' 18" E), a distance of seventy-eight and forty-one hundredth feet (78.41') to a point; and 2) North
fifty-eight degrees thirty-two minutes thirty-six seconds East (N 58° 32' 36" E), a distance of one
hundred twenty-eight and twenty-one hundredth feet (128.21') to a point, the place of Beginning.
Said tract contains 1,262,031.36 square feet or 28.9723 acres.
BEING the residual area of the premises which Robert L. Noll and Mary E. Noll, his wife, by Deed
dated the 3" day of January, 1985, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deed in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the 28`h day of January, 1985, in Record Book C-31, Page 93,
granted and conveyed unto Fred A. Gettys.
The above description is a composite of various Deeds and Plans and is not the result of a field survey.
AND the said Fred A. Gettys hereby covenants and agrees that he will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed. Yvonne W. Gettys, joins in this deed solely tore lease and quitclaim any
interest she may have in the property as the wife of Fred A. Gettys.
