08-2704 CIVIL TERM
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
AND NOW, this ~ day of April, 2008, pertaining to protection
from abuse orders:
(1) When a protection from abuse order is granted under 23 Pa.C.S. Section
6107(a) related to hearings, and not to an agreement of the parties, statutory
surcharges shall be assessed by the Prothonotary pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S. Section
6106(d)(1).
(2) Costs of prosecution shall be assessed on all final protection from abuse
orders and after hearings and the entry of an order on petitions for indirect criminal
contempt.
