Register of Wills shall issue a citation to the beneficiaries of the estate and any other
interested individuals listed in the within petition to show cause why the decree of the
Registrar issuing letters of administration should not be revoked and the probate record
opened. Said beneficiaries and other interested individuals shall have twenty (20) days
to file a written response with the Register. A hearing shall be conducted in Courtroom
Number 2, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania at 8:45 a.m., Friday,
May 30,2008.
