AND NOW, this 1st day of May, 2008, upon consideration of the Petition for
Preliminary Injunctive Relief Pursuant to Pa. O.C.R. 3.1 and Pa. O.C.R. 1531, and of the
Petition for Removal of Trustee Community Trust Company, both filed May I, 2006, it is
ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Petition for Preliminary Injunctive Relief Pursuant to Pa.
O.C.R. 3.1 and Pa. O.C.R. 1531 is denied, because there is already an
order in effect precluding withdrawals from the escrowed funds
referred to therein; and
2. A hearing on the Petition for Removal of Trustee Community
Trust Company is scheduled for Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at 1 :30
p.m., in Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsy lvania.
