MARLIN LEASING CORPORATION, doing business as Marlin Business Lending ("Marlin"}is a Delaware corporation and maintains a place of business at 300 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, County of Burlington in the State of New Jersey. 2. Randolph g. Reese (herein "Guarantor") maintained a place of residence at 50 Moongale Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. On or about December 10, 2007, Guarantor executed and delivered to Marlin a Business Capital Loan Agreement (the "Agreement") providing for the loan of monies. A true and correct copy of the Agreement is attached hereto. Under the terms of the Agreement, Guarantor guaranteed payment of the primary obligor, Cumberland Woodcraft Co., Inc. to pay thirty-six (36) payments of $673.18 each, including applicable sales tax. 4. As of the today's date, the account outstanding balance calculated is $23,662.28, which represents 35 remaining Agreement payments and accumulated late charges to the date of death. ~~~ WHEREFORE, Marlin Leasing Corporation respectfully request that its claim be entered against the estate of the Decedent, Randolph G.
