THOMAS A. WHELIHAN, ESQUIRE Collections Counsel for Marlin Leasing
Corporation declares under penalty of perjury that the foregoing information is true and
correct to the best of his knowledge, information and belief and in support thereof avers:
1. MARLIN LEASING CORPORATION, doing business as Marlin Business Lending
("Marlin"}is a Delaware corporation and maintains a place of business at 300
Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, County of Burlington in the State of New Jersey.
2. Randolph g. Reese (herein "Guarantor") maintained a place of residence at 50
Moongale Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. On or about December 10, 2007, Guarantor executed and delivered to Marlin a
Business Capital Loan Agreement (the "Agreement") providing for the loan of
monies. A true and correct copy of the Agreement is attached hereto. Under the
terms of the Agreement, Guarantor guaranteed payment of the primary obligor,
Cumberland Woodcraft Co., Inc. to pay thirty-six (36) payments of $673.18 each,
including applicable sales tax.
4. As of the today's date, the account outstanding balance calculated is $23,662.28,
which represents 35 remaining Agreement payments and accumulated late charges
to the date of death.

WHEREFORE, Marlin Leasing Corporation respectfully request that its claim be
entered against the estate of the Decedent, Randolph G. Reese.
