Whereas Defendant now wishes to transfer his ownership of the property located at 220

Whereas Plaintiff has no objection to releasing and waiving any and all of Plaintiffs
rights pertaining to 220 North Market Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in relation to
the above captioned judgment note; and
Whereas the parties agree that all other rights and terms under the above captioned
judgment note not otherwise mentioned herein remain in full force and effect;
