1. Claimant, American Builders & Contractors Supply Company, Inc., t/d/b/a ABC Supply
Co., Inc. is a duly organized corporation authorized to do business in Pennsylvania with a principal place
of business at 1400 Hagy Way, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110.
2. The owner of the property subject to the lien is Camp Hill Apartment Associates, L.P.,
770 Township Line Road, Suite 150, Yardley, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 19067.
3. The Claimant completed the work for which claim is made on November 6, 2007.
4. Claimant is a subcontractor, and contracted with Quality #1 Roofing, Inc. ("Contractor")
to sell roofing materials to Contractor in connection with Contractor's alteration and repair of
improvements upon the property which is the subject of the lien.
5. The claim is made for the following materials:

6. As set forth on the invoices, true and correct copies of which are attached hereto
collectively as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, the unpaid balance due for such
materials including sales tax is $28,085.75.
7. On April 1, 2008, the Respondent was served with formal notice of ABC Supply Co.,
Inc.'s intention to file a mechanic's lien claim in connection with the foregoing, a true and correct copy
of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and is incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set
forth in its entirety.
8. Service of the formal notice as alleged in the preceding paragraph was effected by
Constable Joe Coffman, as set forth in the affidavit of service attached hereto as Exhibit "C" pursuant to
49 P.S. 1501(d).
9. In the alternative, formal notice of ABC Supply Co., Inc.'s intention to file a mechanic's
lien claim in connection with the foregoing was served upon the Respondent, by posting of notice by
Claimant, at the premises, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "D", and is
incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set forth in its entirety, on March 31, 2008.
10. Respondent is the owner of the premises against which the mechanic's lien is asserted, as
set forth in a deed to Respondent recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deed's office at
volume 278, page 2624, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "E", and is
incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set forth in its entirety. The aforesaid deed describes the
premises against which the mechanic's lien is asserted.
11. The premises consist of numerous residential rental unit structures, curtilage, parking
areas, and other common area and facilities, located on the real estate described in the deed referred to in
the preceding numbered section of this claim.
12. The unpaid balance identified hereinabove is due.
13. All conditions are precedent to the obligation of Contractor to pay Claimant the balance
set forth hereinabove, have been met or waived.
14. Claimant believes and therefore avers that Contractor provided goods and services in the
nature of roofing and exterior replacement and repair, pursuant to contract with Respondent.
