NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the First and Final Account and Statement of
Proposed Distribution of the Estate of HELEN A. VALK have been filed with the Orphan's
Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on April 24, 2008.
The Account will be audited and confirmed by the Court at 9:30 A.M. at the Cumberland
County Courthouse on June 17, 2008.
The last day to file objections to the Account is June 17, 2008 before 8:30 A.M.
Objections must be filed in writing. A copy of the Objections shall be served on the accountant
or the accountant's attorney.
