COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff Pine Bluff Truck Driving School is a corporation which owns
and operates commercial driving schools, and maintains offices at 4208 Hwy. 65 South
Pine Bluff, AR 71801.
2. Defendant Mary Ann Davies is a citizen of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania residing at108 Fairway Drive, #7 Carlisle, PA 17015.
3. On or about November 30, 2005, Defendant entered into a Tuition
Installment Contract with Plaintiff . A copy of the Tuition Installment Contract is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. Defendant failed to pay Plaintiff in accordance with and is in default of the
Tuition Installment Contract.
5. In accordance the Tuition Installment Contract, upon default, Plaintiff is
entitled to attorneys fees and costs of collection.
6. Defendant owes $2,685.48, reasonable attorney's fees of $500.00, plus
costs.
7. Despite repeated demands, Defendant refuses to pay same.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands in its favor and against Defendant in the amount of
$2,685.48, plus attorney's fees of $500.00 plus court costs and for such other and further
relief as the court deems appropriate.

1. Plaintiff Pine Bluff Truck Driving School is a corporation which owns
and operates commercial driving schools, and maintains offices at 4208 Hwy. 65 South
Pine Bluff, AR 71801.
2. Defendant Mary Ann Davies is a citizen of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania residing at 108 Fairway Drive, #7 Carlisle, PA 17015.
3. On or about November 30, 2005, Defendant entered into a Tuition
Installment Contract with Plaintiff . A copy of the Tuition Installment Contract is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. Defendant failed to pay Plaintiff in accordance with and is in default of the
Tuition Installment Contract.
5. In accordance the Tuition Installment Contract, upon default, Plaintiff is
entitled to attorneys fees and costs of collection.
