BONNEVILLE AND KAY E. BONNEVI New Cumberland, PA, 17070, hereinafter referred to as " between PA, 17011 ill LD 1484 Maplewood Drive, ._ WHEREBY the former undertook and agreed to erect and onstruct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in Lower Allen Towns ip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 1320 Brewster Court, Lot 168 of The Heights of B acon Hill, Parcel ID No. 13-25-0008-574. NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Th t the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to Contractor in and paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration m ntioned in the agreement aforesaid, for Contractor and Contractor's subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed r maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant th reto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said c ntract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings o the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others un er them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's 1 ens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
